Legon Consulting Ltd was founded in 2019 by Rachel and Ian Legon. 

​

Rachel has worked in a variety of in-house,  senior HR roles during her 18 year career, most recently within the Grounds Maintenance, Landscape Construction and Roofing industries, with previous experience in the Commercial Print and not-for-profit Care sectors. After six years working with a rapid growth, entrepreneurial and highly successful business, Rachel took the opportunity to launch Legon Consulting with the desire to share her expertise with other businesses experiencing or striving for significant growth.

After 4 years offering  generalist HR Consultancy services, in 2023 Rachel decided to broaden our offering and introduced a workplace conflict resolution and management service . Legon Consulting now proudly offers Workplace Mediation and Workplace Investigation packages, alongside our existing services. Although passionate about restoring harmony in the workplace, we are always delighted to support businesses with a range of People projects and requirements, and we continue to do so; you will often find us working with start ups or SME's helping them set up their HR function, or running projects including system implementation, restructuring and management development.

Graduating in 2005 with a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and going on to achieve Chartered Membership of the CIPD in 2013, Rachel has a solid academic grounding in all aspects of HR and a wealth of practical HR generalist experience. In 2023 Rachel formalised her 18 years of managing workplace conflict by successfully passing a Civil Mediation Council accredited course to become an External Workplace Mediator.

Rachel prides herself on delivering the majority of consultancy services directly, however we have a network of talented and skilled HR consultants, hand picked to deliver projects on behalf of Legon Consulting, to the highest standards.

Ian Legon is a Director of Legon Consulting, working in Design Engineering within the automotive industry. Ian provides Design Engineering services to a variety of clients across the industry and enquiries for work of this nature should be directed to Ian@legonconsulting.com.
