As a qualified Workplace Mediator I am passionate about tackling workplace conflict positively and proactively, and offer this service to all businesses irrespective of size.

I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and an Associate Member of the Civil Mediation Council. With close to 20 years generalist HR experience, 15 of those working in house primarily in the FM/ outsourced services arena (printing services, grounds maintenance, landscape construction, tree works, roofing), I understand the People challenges you face. Whether you need help getting started, ad hoc advice, or want a longer term partnership, we will have a package or solution which is right for you.

The majority of services are provided directly by me, however I do have a network of fabulous consultants who can support with HR, Health & Safety, Talent Management, and Learning & Development. So together, we've got you covered!
