Legon Consulting Ltd started in 2019 as a HR Consultancy providing generalist HR and project support, primarily to start ups and SME’s. Over time we have added to our services and now offer comprehensive Conflict Management services, in addition to our core HR Consultancy services.
Our aim is to support businesses to achieve their goals, through their People. That means building the right foundations through organisational design, policy & procedure, systems & processes, and culture & values. It also means empowering business leaders to be proactive in managing issues as they arise, and ensuring they have a People strategy that aligns with their business plan.
Rachel has over 18 years experience working in value add, strategic HR roles both in- house and as an independent HR Consultant. A forward thinking, proactive and commercially focussed professional, Rachel takes time to get to know your business to support you to achieve your goals. Whether that is the resolution of an immediate, short term Employee Relations issue, or a longer term project, she is always delighted to assist.

Employee Relations Case Work
We offer advice on a range of ER issues, and work with businesses on either an ad hoc, or retained basis. We tailor the level of support to your needs, with options of full case management on your behalf, or support with attendance at formal meetings, either in a note taking/ advisory, or lead capacity.
HR Information System Implementation
We support businesses to identify the best HR system to meet their needs, and then take ownership of the implementation process with the third party provider of their choice. We are not affiliated with any third parties and so are not considered as expert in any single system, however with considerable experience of process mapping, data cleansing and system implementation we are able to confidently run the implementation process for you.
Policy and Procedure Review/ Implementation
We can provide businesses with HR policies and procedures tailored to the needs of their business, ensuring that expectations and entitlements are effectively communicated, and everything is in place to underpin the positive and proactive management of People related issues.
